How long do I have to return an item for free?

You can return an item for free within 30 days of the purchase date.

When will I get my refund?

We will let you know by a separate email once your return has been received at our warehouse. The refund will be sent to your account within 10 business days of the date you receive that email.

How should I pack the parcel?

- Pack the item so that neither it nor its original packaging is damaged during transport.

- If you are using a KEEN package, remove the previous shipping label.

Important: the sender is responsible for packing and transporting the returned item safely.

Can I return several items in one package?

Yes. If you are returning several items, you can pack them together in one package and use a single return code.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are not available. If you would like a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.
